Shipping
We work with freight forwarders and shipping companies around the world, and we want to provide our customers with the best possible service when shipping goods. We track all our items closely and keep our customers updated on delivery, documentation, etc.
We deliver goods worldwide by air, road and container transport, frozen or fresh.
Insurance/Incoterms
We insure the goods in all our transactions, so our customers can feel confident about leaving the delivery to us. In the event of quality issues that have arisen during transport, we are responsible for resolving these with our insurance company.
In addition, we trade exclusively on international trading terms as set out in Incoterms 2020.
Your assurance of quality
To provide you with complete peace of mind, we work with SGS inspection all over the world. Our commitment to transparency and excellence means you can trust the quality of our products. Furthermore, if needed we will send a local representative to resolve any issue as conveniently as possible for all parties.
